Plymouth Watersports is proudly owned and operated by Noah Petitt, a U.S. Navy veteran and licensed 100-ton Master Captain. Born and raised on the water, Noah has spent his life working on these historic waters—serving in nearly every role the harbor has to offer, from commercial fisherman to tour boat captain. With deep local knowledge, a passion for the sea, and a commitment to community, Noah founded this business to bring exciting, safe, and memorable adventures back to Plymouth Harbor.
As a veteranowned small business, every trip with us supports local jobs, local partnerships, and the revitalization of waterbased recreation in the area. Our team is trained in CPR and first aid, and each tour is led with safety, enthusiasm, and professionalism. All of our vessels are fully insured, Coast Guard-compliant, and operated by experienced captains.
Whether you’re looking to paddle the bay, experience flyboarding for the first time, cruise out to the sandbar, or learn about local oyster farming, we offer something for every level of adventure. Tours are limited in size to keep the experience personal and immersive—and to give you more time to explore, ask questions, and truly connect with the harbor.
